We have received many inquiries from users who have updated to iOS14 and are unable to load new photos. In this case, try tapping the gear symbol on the upper left corner of the Photo Rubber screen to open the settings screen, and then select [Permission settinhs] – [Photos] – [All Photos] to load new photos.
